What to Expect
Personalized to your needs and your therapist’s approach, these sessions are designed to provide you with an immersive and focused experiential therapy session. They allow you time to slow down and regulate, providing you with space to explore your inner world without pressure. Techniques we often incorporate into these sessions include trauma-informed, creative, and somatic practices. Rather then rushing through emotions or insights, you’ll have the time to sink into the process, integrate complex experiences, and engage in deeper, more transformative work.
Sessions range from 90 minutes to 2 hours and can be combined with your hour-long sessions
