When we identify and center our values, using them to navigate and illuminate our life’s path, we create a life of purpose of meaning. Experiencing purpose can shield us from self-doubt and worry, while meaning can provide us with self-worth and belonging.

In this 3 hour workshop, Tiernee Anne, an artist and board certified art therapist will guide you through a therapeutic process of identifying your values and creating a button mandala representing that which is most important to you.

Located minutes away from Cedarburg’s vibrant downtown community at the restored Blacksmith Shop on the Wisconsin Quilt and Fiber Arts Museum Campus.
