Through a collaborative process, Cassie provides both empowering education and simple, effective strategies to be incorporated into daily life to facilitate nervous system repatterning for greater physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. With additional training in integrative medicine approaches for mental health, Cassie offers a truly holistic perspective. With her root cause approach, she is able to help clients and families with many areas including:
